Never hire this agency. They are the least professional services I have hired in Argentina. They do not comply with what you hire. Tours are rushed. Morning logistics are a nightmare. They move your plans around without considering your needs.
Please do your research. Some staff are nice people and try to give you polite excuses but it is a traveler's trap. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to see Salta. This is not a service, it's a meat grinder. Did 4 tours with them so I am really familiar with their lack of ability to handle a process and take care of your needs.
Some vehicles are comfortable and only 1 of my tour guides was up to a nice polite standard.

We really enjoyed the beautiful countryside and fabulous views of spectacular rock formations but the day got off to a bumpy start with the guide demanding payment for the tour which we had already paid for and had the voucher. After phoning the office he was told that we hadn’t paid and then he asked us again to pay while we were on the bus in front of everyone which was pretty embarrassing with us insisting we had paid - which we had- and the guide saying we hadn’t. After describing when, where and how we paid and after several more phone calls it was finally agreed that we had indeed paid and we got a cursory apology. The area is stunning and I’m really glad we did the tour, but I could really have done without the admin stuff up.The highlight of this tour is the drive with incredible red mountain ranges with wide variety of textures, shapes, and formations. The highlight of this tour is the drive with incredible red mountain ranges with wide variety of textures, shapes, and formations. Jeremy was an excellent guide who shared almost non-stop information about the agriculture, economy, and geology of the region. He was also seamless in attending to both English and Spanish speaking travelers.

Plenty of geographical marvels to wonder at, with a knowledgeable guide to explain them all. So much to see that inevitably you don't get to spend much time at each place. The town of Cafayate is a lovely sleepy place with colonial architecture and plenty of food and drink options. If craft markets aren't your thing, ask to be directed straight to the town centre it's only a few minutes' walk and given a meet time and place. Wine-tasting was great - four different wines! If purchasing, watch what the natives if there are any on the tour are paying first, so that you can avoid gringo pricing. The tour started a little late because the guide had to get a bus from where he lives into Salta. They must know that, so why don't they a pay for a taxi, b put him up in a hotel or c change the advertised start time?
The scenery is wonderful and if you are into geology you will have a super time. The vineyard/winery tour is not worth the effort 10 minutes of historical input then sales. Cafayate is small but the restaurant the guide suggests was good value. The guide on the tour was fantastic very knowledg...
The scenery is wonderful and if you are into geology you will have a super time. The vineyard/winery tour is not worth the effort 10 minutes of historical input then sales. Cafayate is small but the restaurant the guide suggests was good value. The guide on the tour was fantastic very knowledgeable and personal. I think his name was Martine. Like anywhere in Argentina there is a long time spent on a bus but if you like spectacular scenery it will be wort your while.
Couldn't have been better! An excellent tour in every way, beautiful, interesting and varied, and lead by an expert, intelligent and articulate guide, in both beautiful English and Spanish. I highly recommend this tour! Thank you, Fernando!
