A must tour to see the sights of Vietnam's countryside and its people. Warm and sincere host who is able to accommodate visitors' diet restrictions for lunch. Can opt for a stroll instead of cycling.

Cycling around such a scenic area was such a great experience, we initially booked the one day trip but when we met our guide Tan and saw her homestay we asked if we could stay overnight as her place was great with fantastic views. Cycling around such a scenic area was such a great experience, we initially booked the one day trip but when we met our guide Tan and saw her homestay we asked if we could stay overnight as her place was great with fantastic views. This was arranged with no problems and we had an amazing homestay experience with Tan. Her family were all so friendly, they cooked us a fantastic meal, Tan is very knowledgeable about the local area and her English is great. What a great way to experience Vietnamese scenery, food, culture and people all in one trip. Highly recommended! I think one day is too short for this trip if coming from Hanoi as the drive is three hours, better to stay overnight.I was interested in riding a bike around the beautiful village in Mai Chau. I experienced indigo dying and making scarf.
