Full Day Addo and Schotia Private Game Reserve Safari
Overview
We spend the morning exploring the vast conservation area of Addo, searching for not only our acclaimed Elephants but the other wildlife that make up one of the most diverse reserves in the country.
Later in the afternoon we move to the private reserve and have the unique experience of wildlife up close and personal on our open safari vehicles.

Stop At: Addo Elephant National Park, Addo Elephant National Park, Greater Addo, Eastern Cape
After pick up our guide will take you to Addo elephant national park where you'll embark on a wildlife adventure in search of elephant and all the other wildlife Addo has to offer. After lunch you'll head to the private reserve in search of more up close and personal wildlife experiences.

Stop At: Schotia Tooth and Claw Safari, N10 Addo heights dirt rd turn off. Schotia Headquarters, Crnr N10 and Addo Heights Dirt Rd turn off 3km from nanaga, Addo Elephant National Park South Africa
Lions, hyena, giraffe and rhino's are just a few of the wild animals that this park comprises of. We get up close to the wildlife here and give you a once in a lifetime experience .We enjoy a traditional South African dinner under the night sky, just before one last drive in search of our nocturnal animals such as aardwolf and porcupines.

The guides took time to explain us everything and we really enjoyed it. At afternoon we go to a Private Reserve, and get closer to other kind of animals. Then we finished with a great dinner. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! We really enjoyed spotting animals in both parks and the great dinner by the bonfire. Justin showed us Addo and we were so happy he was our guide! He is very knowledgeable and very fun to talk to. We really liked having the opportunity to see SO MANY elephants and enjoy an interesting conversation about South African culture and politics. (Thank you Justin!) Schotia offered a clear view of many different animals that you would not even dream to be so close to. Een super dag gehad wij zaten iets verder weg en hebben met Justin kunnen regelen dat hij voor een klein prijsje ons kwam ophalen . Daardoor hadden we eerst een halve dag privé tour door Addo met onze gids Staffard met wie we zijn gaan lunchen in Farmhouse . Top geregeld. Daarna zetten hij ons a...

Daarna zetten hij ons af bij Scotia en hadden we met onze gids Eduard en paar andere gasten en top Safari met oa Leeuwen en Olifanten die we bijna konden aanraken van zo dichtbij hebben we ze kunnen zien. In de avond lekker braai met kampvuur. Eenmaal terug bij de lodge van Scotia stond Staffard ons al op te wachten en bracht ons terug naar ons hotel. Alles was super geregeld door JustinAndre J

Ich war mit der Aida unterwegs, wurde pünktlich nach dem Anlegen am Hafen abgeholt. Der Guide war sehr nett. Wir sind direkt zum Addo Park gefahren, mit einen Straßen SUV, haben Elefanten und vieles mehr an Tieren gesehen. Wir sind den Park komplett von Süd nach Nord durchgefahren. Danach ging es...

Danach ging es zum Mittag essen in ein Restaurant mit lokalen Essen. Der Warzenschwein Pie war sehr gut. Danach ging es in das Private Reservat. In kleinen Gruppe ging es mit dem offenen SUV durch die Anlage. Baby Löwen waren mit dabei, leider wurden die Nashörner kurz vorher von Wilderen erschossen. Das Essen und die Atmosphäre war super. Alles in allem ein super Trip zum fairen Preis. Immer wieder gerne, dass ich nochmal wieder kommen sollte. Wir waren auf wieder rechtzeitig am Schiff zurück.Philipp H

Nach Abholung am Kreuzfahrtterminal gibt es mit einem klimatisierten Bus zum Addo. Unser Guide konnte uns sehr viel über die Geschichte des Addos sowie über die einzelnen Tiere erzählen. Durch die Verknüpfung über das Handy zu anderen Guides wusste er immer wo die Tiere zu finden sind. Nach dem Addo ging es zum essen welches im Preis enthalten war. Ein gutes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Nach dem Essen ging es im den Scotia. Dort stiegen wir in offene Jeeps um und die Ranger des Parks übernahmen. Dort sahen wir alles mögliche an Tieren ganz nah. Nach ca 2h gab es eine kleine Pause für Toilettengänge und kaffe und Kuchen. Danach ging es weiter. Als die Sonne unter ging, ging es zurück zum Camp wo es ein typisch Afrikanisches BBQ gab. Super lecker! Die Atmosphäre im Camp war einzigartig. Nach dem Essen ging es nochmal ein halbe Stunde auf Nacht safari. Zurück am Ausgang wartete schon unser Guide auf uns der uns wieder zurück zum Schiff gebracht hat. Ein super schöner Tag!!!
