The ticket office did not accept the ticket bought from Viator. Nor did the WhatsApp text to receive the ticket work. We ended up having to pay for new tickets before being allowed to enter. We attempted calling Viators provided help line repeatedly and no answer. Our group has requested a refund...
The ticket office did not accept the ticket bought from Viator. Nor did the WhatsApp text to receive the ticket work. We ended up having to pay for new tickets before being allowed to enter. Did not receive my tickets when I messaged the phone number on what’s app, the app, and email. I tried to call and no answer. I thought the service was 24/7 I still have not received a response or a refund. Will not use again.

the park was great, i recommend going as soon as it opens so you can go on the bigger rides before it gets busy. also definitely recommend the priority tickets for the rides that are busy.
