Spring mix salad with tomato, carrots, and cilantro vinaigrette. Taro roll with honey butter
Main Course Options:
Rosemary and garlic prime rib with horseradish, au jus & other condiments
Fresh island Mahi-Mahi with lemon, & savory caper sauce
The vegetarian option is penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce
Sides:
Steamed rice and sautéed vegetables
Dessert:
Banana bread with homemade lilikoi frosting and cobbler topping

Had such a great time...except for the wife getting a little queezy on the choppy water...lol! Other than that, the boat ride was amazing and the captain made sure he turned the boat to face the sunset and did the same on our return as we had a full moon that was amazing! The food and staff was ...

Amazing time. When we arrived, it was almost a full boat, and I was worried that we may not have a great view, but we walked on and were sent to our reserved table, which was on the top deck, right at the front - we couldn't have asked for a better position. Very windy but that's normal when cruising across the Pacific, just wrap up warm. The food was very nice, the drink selection could have been a bit better, but to be fair, it's not a cruise ship. Would recommend for couples for sure. Local musician was grate too!!Collen_R
