Edo is really knowledgeable and shared loads of information about the area, the background of the rock formations and was very encouraging on the cliff jumping. Thanks for a great trip 😊

I specifically traveled to Faro Portugal to visit the Benagil Caves. I was staying at a hostel in town- Hostellicious and they had the Benagil Caves tour excursion that you could book. I booked the adventure package and the tour exceeded my expectations. The other option was the express package only to the caves- maybe a 2 hr tour. The tour includes everything from transportation-pick up 09 & drop off at 16h which is a great pick up time because you arrive to the cave early before it starts getting very busy at 11, body board, great laughs, many stops, beaches, trails, and swimming. My guide was Eduardo and he was amazing! He told us about the history of the caves, was taking pictures at each stopping point, for those who are afraid of going in the water or it was their first time swimming- he made sure that they felt safe and comfortable in the water. I thought that I would try and do this journey on my own by taking the bus (the bus only goes so close to the cave & you have to get a taxi the rest of the way imagine doing that there and back) & renting the kayak myself but booking the tour with XTours Algarve made everything stress free, all the equipment is included into the price & we did more than what I was expecting. It's a great price!! This adventure made my whole trip!!The tour guide was very good at making sure that everyone on the tour was kept safe at all times. One girl wasn't sure about the cliff jump, so he stayed in the water to make sure she got out safely after the jump. Beautiful scenery. Eduardo made my vacation for two reasons: 1st because He was kind, engaging and knowledgeable in where we were going and how to behave. He give us the time to enjoy every place that we visited, being present, taking some pitchers, jumping around and having some laughs all together! 2nd because I meet new people with whom I built a fantastic friendships who were present throughout the rest of my holiday!
