We booked the tour and we were never picked up. The tour says we didn’t put our hotel info down (we did) however if there was a doubt they never contacted us. After we had waited for 20 minutes we called them. They said the tour had started and if we wanted to join we would have to come to them. (the whole reason for the tour was that they would come and pick us up.) The tour office told us to just get a refund. I tried, but Viator refused (terrible company! Have dealt with them a few times.) so no tour, no refund. On the plus side a taxi was easy and the sites were beautiful! Don’t use Viator, there are a lot of other companies. They are not worth the trouble. Also a bit disappointed that Trip Advisor doesn’t screen the companies they recommend better.Aadi was a fantastic guide, and an excellent impromptu photographer as well! I would recommend that the company reach out after booking to highlight the dress code, as the reminder the night before may come too late for those who miss the fine print while booking!

I'm not used to book organized tours, in the past I was never happy with the timing and the schedule of them. But since I was in Dubai for just some days, I thought to give the organized tour a last chance and it was worth it. Great organization and punctuality. Our guide Paolo, who by the way can also speak very good Italian, was really outstanding. He is passionate, willing to answer all our questions and giving us tips. He was also very funny and we enjoyed a lot the whole day with him. I definitely recommend this tour, you will see wonderful places and you will enjoy the day and a fantastic arabic buffet.Superior tour today with Mohammad Iqbal. I ran into an Oceanair Travels tour group while waiting for an elevator in Tower 2 of Ethiad Towers. I felt very disrespected by a tour guide who was confused as to why I would not get on the elevator with the group in front of me. I said, "there is a limit of 4 people on the elevator at a time according to the space permitted". He argued, "the elevator can fit max of 18 people". I said, "that is before covid, there are social distance guidelines shown on the elevator floor". He said, "no this is like before, you're going to have more people when we ride the elevator with you". He was only half wearing his mask over his mouth but not his nose. I said "well I would hope that only 3 other people would join". He said "oh you hope. you hope." We are in a PANDEMIC. COVID-19 has taken lives, including family of those close to me. For me to have been in line next and for another 10 people to enter the elevator under direction of this tour guide. I felt unsafe, insulted, and looked down on because I had hopes of a safe visit and exit from the Observation Deck. I request that Oceanair Travels looks closer at their employees and tour guides and make sure they adhere to proper health and safety guidance provided. I hope that everyone was fully vaccinated as well as provided proof of a negative PCR test before joining this tour. I can say that I will not be joining Oceanair Travels in the future because of this experience. Please maintain social distancing.
