Discover the village of St. Paul de Vence, the city of art, with its narrow streets of medieval times filled with history. A source of inspiration for some of the greatest artists such as Picasso, Matisse, Cocteau, and Chagall. Picasso said that in a crisis of artistic inspiration, he came to stay there. A place of charm, blinding landscapes, and bright colors. The artists stayed most of the time at the Colombe d'Or, very famous today, and for lack of finances, paid their stay with their paintings. That is where we still find the original works of these artists!

The "Fort Carré" is the first rampart with stone absorbing the shock of bullets built against the attacks of pirates. An invention of General Vauban whose port bears the name: Port de Vauban, known for its billionaire's dock, with the largest and most luxurious yachts in the world.

Private tour is suppose to be flexible; however, Mago was not. He seemed confused on how to order the day because we asked to start late. He did not listen to our priorities of places that we wanted to visit.

Even though we visit Nice on regular basis we decided to have a guided French Riviera tour and Mago was just what we needed. One of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had on a tour! Mago personalized our trip and took us to some of the most incredible panoramic views. He is very knowledgeable. This tour should be at the top of your list, especially if it’s the first time you’re traveling to the French Riviera!

I researched a number of French Riviera day tours from Nice and chose this one based on how comprehensive it was and on the solid reviews. I was not disappointed. Mago kept our family of 4, including 2 teenagers, engaged the entire time with interesting information and entertaining stories. He's very good on time management, so you are able to squeeze in a great overview in one day without feeling rushed, but also very flexible if you want to add or drop something depending on your interests. He speaks excellent English and is a safe driver. We did a number of day tours throughout our 2 week stay in France and everyone in our family agreed this was our favorite.clavm55
