This is an absolute must do if you are coming to see the glacier! We initially went to the walking paths but decided it wasn't going to be close enough view. We then went into town and decided to ask what flights were available - luckily there was a flight with snow landing departing in an hour. It may seem a little costly, but it was worth every $! Our pilot was great and had us land in the most stunning spot with 360 degree views. Walking on the glacier was an experience we will never forget.What a great trip. It was worth every cent. I didn’t realise how good it was going to be. Very professional but incredibly friendly group of people. Would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through. The photo taken while we were up in the snow was an added bonus. Well done guys!
