Overview

On this tour, the boat ride through Folly Beach's most pristine marshlands is a must do and an adventure in itself. Along the way, your captain will teach you about our local estuary and the wildlife that inhabit it while you get to see them up close, including bottlenose dolphins. Once at Morris Island you will be able to enjoy a quiet beach, look for the various sea shells and sand dollars that scatter the area, take in the stunning views of the lighthouse and maybe come across a shark's tooth! You will get to explore the island for approximately 1 hour before getting back on the boat.
This tour can be enjoyed by the whole family and is the ultimate saltwater experience in Charleston!

Stop At: Morris Island Lighthouse, 1750 E Ashley Avenue, Folly Beach, SC 29439

Once your feet hit the sand on Morris, an uninhabited barrier island In Charleston, you can shell hunt, soak up the sun on the beach, take in the picturesque views of the historic lighthouse and explore the island for yourself. You will be on the island for approximately 1 hour.

Stop At: Folly River, Folly Beach, SC 29455, USA

You will be cruising through the tidal creeks, marshlands, and rivers behind Folly Beach on your way to and from Morris Island.

Wonderful experience. Captain Luke was great and explained everything to us along the way. We saw several dolphins along the way and it was beautiful. I found some lovely shells. We really enjoyed it!

We went out this morning with Captain Luke. He was a Great guide, very informative about the area. We were fortunate enough to see dolphins on our way. The boat is size for smaller groups which makes it a special adventure. The island is beautiful and a great place to find shells. Highly recommend
