Fiorentina dinner & Wine Tasting
Overview
Your taste journey will begin with the most common wines, accompanied by an appetizer of salami, cheeses, bruschetta, and snacks. You will then go to the more prestigious wines, together with some lasagna with meat sauce and truffle oil, or some Tuscan Ribollita soup. Follow this with the the main reserve wines with the Fiorentina steak.
Throughout the tastings, you will learn how to enjoy some good wine, and discover excellent wine-tasting techniques.

Tuscan dinner including wine tasting of 10 reserve wines.
Note: In the event of adverse weather conditions, low or high temperatures, Tenuta Torciano reserves the right to change the location based on availability. Please note that the reservations is not amendable .Should the client choose not to accept the variation, we do not hold ourselves responsible.
This tasting does not include a guided tour of the winery and caves. If you are interested in the tour, visit the dedicated service "Tour in the Vineyard and Winery".

This was a great experience. My wife and I both enjoyed the wine tasting, food and the whole customer experience. We were taken care of immediately by very friendly staff and taken to our table. Everything was ready on the table for a nice evening. The wine was of course very good, the meal was also delicious. The person (Donato) who took care of us the whole evening was very interesting, passionate and very friendly. Donato could speak many languages, which made it even simpler for us to enjoy. Eerst Kregen wij een rondleiding door de wijngaard en hierna de wijnproeverij. Super mooie locatie, gastvrije mensen, lekker eten, goede uitleg en onwijs lekkere wijn! Auch hatten wir mit spanischem Tour Guide gebucht, aber leider keinen spanisch sprechenden Führer erhalten.

Esperienza sensoriale divina! Siamo stati in questo magico posto per il pranzo di ferragosto, accompagnati da degustazione dei lori ottimi vini e dall'esperienza del sommelier Luigi, disponibile, simpatico, il quale ha allietato la degustazione con aneddoti interessanti ed esplicando in maniera comprensibile anche a chi non è sommelier, le proprietà dei vini. Talmente contenti e soddisfatti della nostra appagante giornata, abbiamo reiterato con una cena a base di fiorentina e degustazione di vini di Montalcino nello splendido scenario del gazebo nel verde, sempre assistiti dal frizzante Luigi e ci siamo congedati satolli e felici. All'interno della struttura, abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere anche Mira, coordinatrice, della quale abbiamo ammirato la sua ineccepibile dote organizzativa.
