Overview
This menu gives you the opportunity to taste recipes made with vegetables of the highest quality that are not easily found in supermarkets nor grocery stores. From each signature vegetable in our garden, a different starter or salad is created. For the main course all the signature vegetables are blended into a balanced main dish. Our Farm2Fork Greek Gastronomy menu is paired with selected bottled wine from a local vineyard.

We spent an incredible day with Andreas on the micro farm! It was so interesting to learn all about the sustainable farming and experience great quality local produce. So refreshing to be immersed in nature and see, smell & taste fresh peas, strawberries and herbs. It felt like an oasis of calm. We made bread in the outdoor oven, Tsatskiki, Greek salad and roasted vegetables with herbs. The experience was really relaxed and didn’t feel rushed at all. If you’re in Lefkada, you HAVE to visit the micro farm, and experience everything - especially the quality ingredients made into traditional Greek recipes. Thanks again Andreas 👍
