We pass to your Hotel or private address to starting point. 10:00 a.m. Start of the tour to the archeological site Guachimontones. 11:00 hrs Tour of the only round pyramids. 12:00 hrs Entrance to the Interpretive Center and free time for souvenir purchases 14:00 hrs Meet the typical food of the region in a restaurant on the shore of the Vega de la Vega overlooking its flora and fauna. 3:00 p.m. Start back to the starting point in Guadalajara. * Tentative itinerary. Tomamos un tour privado a guachimontones por medio día y fue una experiencia totalmente recomendable. Norberto, nuestro guía, fue siempre atento y acogedor, siempre dispuesto a adaptar el ritmo del tour a lo que nosotros quisiéramos, considerando que todo momento fuera bien disfrutado. Comenzamos con una parada en Teuchitlán visitando el centro cultural, donde el guía nos explicó los hallazgos arqueológicos que aquí se encontraban en exposición y luego nos fuimos a la zona arqueológica, pasando primero por el centro interpretativo antes de ver las pirámides. El lugar es genial, pequeño en comparación con otras zonas, pero con un ambiente grato para disfrutar de las ruinas y de las vistas hacia la presa La Vega. El guía Norberto contaba con excelente conocimiento y experiencia respecto al sitio arqueológico, lo cual nos permitió comprender la cultura de Teuchitlán con bastante claridad.
