We visited one afternoon for a tour booked in advance. We were hosted by Katie & Dennis, and had a delightful visit. We learned ancient history of mead, as well as more current events. We were introduced and walked thru the meadery area, with explanations of techniques and process. We then had a guided tasting of multiple mead flavors/styles. Was remarkable experience, especially to build upon my existing understanding of (beer) brewing process. Highly recommended.The tour and expertise of the brew maker was amazing.
