What to expect
Sky Trek is an exciting aerial challenge course designed for maximum fun! Sky Trek features over 60 challenging obstacles, elements and ziplines along three distinct routes so adventurers of all ages and abilities can have fun and enjoy the challenge, plus learn a little history along the way.
Just 30 minutes west of Denver, we’re located in Idaho Springs where gold was first discovered to start the Colorado Gold Rush back in 1859. The course is built on several historic mining claims and so we designed the course around a mining theme. Climbers can decide how much challenge they want to face by choosing to go on the beginner (Copper), intermediate (Silver), or advanced (Gold) courses. The elements in each course employ a wide variety of features to create obstacles you’ll have a blast navigating your way through. At the end of each course there is a short zip back to the central tower. You’ll reach heights of up to 50+ feet but no worries, climbers are in a harness and securely attached to a safety device at all times while completing each obstacle.
Requirements: Participants must be at least 4 years old with a minimum reach of 46 inches and a maximum weight of 270 pounds. All

We had a fun time on the sky trek! We are a family of 3 and had a active 56 year old with us. My 12 year old son loved and did almost all of the obstacles. He was loving it. If your afraid of heights I could see where you could be a little scared but you are strapped in with a harness and there...
We had a fun time on the sky trek! We are a family of 3 and had a active 56 year old with us. My 12 year old son loved and did almost all of the obstacles. He was loving it. If your afraid of heights I could see where you could be a little scared but you are strapped in with a harness and there are guides who were overlooking what all the safety procedure to make sure you were safe. You can’t take pictures but they have a photographer taking your pictures that you can purchase after you are finished. If you want a true challenge, this is it, exciting and scary all at same time, which it makes so fun. Liza and Tomorra (sorry if we spelled that wrong) we’re great. They answered all our questions, helped if we needed help. They wanted you to have a great time, and we did!Our Girl Scout Troop participated in a combo package with Sky Trek in the morning followed by the box lunch and then white water rafting. Had varying levels of difficulty that fit everyone in our family. Blue, Luci, and Zach were fantastic guides. We’ll do this again on our next trip.
