1st Stop - Fo Guang Shan monastery (the largest Buddhist monastery in Taiwan). 2 Hours Explore time
Stroll around the amazing location on your own before meeting the driver at the drop off point.
2nd Stop - Lotus Pond - 2 Hours Explore time
An easy walk around the artificial lake you will find the famous Dragon and Tiger Pagodas and small temples that surround the lake - including the Confucian Temple. Experience where the locals eat and relax during the weekend.
3rd Stop - British Consulate(Former) - 2 Hours explore time
A historic site which sits on a hilltop with spectacular view of the Kaohsiung city.
4th Stop - Pier 2 Arts Center - 2 Hours Explore time
Find creative arts and products offered from local Taiwanese artists and makers at this renovated abandoned warehouse. Explore the warehouses and enjoy the local restaurants.

Our party of 4 toursit were on 14 Asian cruise. We tried to contact the tour vendor before off boarding ship without success to verify day tour. We hope that the guide or someone would meet us outside the cruise line terminal. We waited nearly 50 minutes call the tour company without success. Als...
Our party of 4 toursit were on 14 Asian cruise. We tried to contact the tour vendor before off boarding ship without success to verify day tour. We hope that the guide or someone would meet us outside the cruise line terminal. We waited nearly 50 minutes call the tour company without success. Also, there were about 30 people from different parties looking for their tour guide also. The people I met in similatr situation had the same tour vendor as I. Sad to see so many people trying to figure this out at the cruise terminal as the limited time ticks, and no assistance to be givien. We finally was able to secure a taxi for the day with a person with limited English that did take us around. We were able to get our money back once we did contact Viator. I believe the ventor was YesTaxi or TaxiYes.,,,, If you see them ask for someone else.Sherrie_C
