Our guide Don was incredibly knowledgeable, relaxed, and accommodating to our group. The wind was high but we saw lots of dolphins and went to Rabbit Key. Don gave an excellent lecture on shells. Then we went kayaking through mangroves. Fantastic time. Thank you!

Jason was a fabulous guide. He holds a degree in biology and his knowledge of local geography & flora & fauna makes this tour particularly special. We saw dolphin, osprey (one flying a fish up to feed its new family), gorgeous blue heron, pelicans, a baby bald eagle in its nest, walked around a small beach island(saw shorebirds, shells, horseshoe crab shells, how to decipher a male by its hooks, oyster shell clusters, & learned about the different mangrove trees & saw how their spores or glands (depending on the type of mangrove) expressed salt from their leaves to absorb fresh water. We learned about local habitats that support both fresh and saltwater fish & alligators and crocodiles (the only place in the world that can do this!), and current challenges (i.e. surplus of racoons and pythons) and how they affect natural ecosystems (eating sea turtle eggs) & what is needed to keep these ecosystems in place and in balance. Wonderful tour!
