I am really impressed with this tour. Firstly they ran the tour even though it was just for one person. Salman was my tour guide and he took me all over Old Delhi feeding me amazing food. I loved Chandni Chowk and wished I could have done some shopping. We went on the metro, tuk tuk, eco tuk (electric) and pedal cab. I felt very safe with Salman. We had a few interactions with locals, which was fun. At the end Salman organised a tuk tuk back to my hotel. Hint for those new to Connaught Place - the metro runs around the outside of the shops in CP - next to the road.... look at what gate you are at and then walk around the circle until you get to gate 8. Metro has airport style security so it is easier to have your phone and wallet in your pocket, rather than a bag.The tour was held in old delhi. The tour was held in old delhi. Definitely recommend looking up the area prior to booking to get a feel for the atmosphere. However, once comfortable with surrounding areas, you'll find that the food is amazing and the people are more than hospitable. We only finished about half the tour due to oncoming weather, but what we experienced was a perfect blend of history and taste.A great way to explore Old Delhi at night. A great way to explore Old Delhi at night. Our fantastic guide Salmon seemlessly navigated us into Old Delhi via the incredibly easy to use, clean, quite and efficient metro. Right from the getgo we could tell Salmon knew his way around his city and is passionate about it and wants to share it. We didn’t feel rushed at all and Salman even helped us buy a few things along the way. We learned a lot of interesting stuff about Old Delhi and the long long history of this city. We never felt burdened with too much information. We had soo much delicious food. The only negative is that the lassi at the second stop filled us up so much we struggled by the end to really enjoy the sweets at the last stop. Perhaps a smaller amount of lassi or having it later. The fried chicken was a highlight - we only wished we could have had room for more! I would not hesitate to take a tour with Delhi by locals. Exceptional tour for the priceThis tour far exceeded our expectations! Our guides Guarev and Salman were fantastic! Very friendly and welcoming. This tour far exceeded our expectations! Our guides Guarev and Salman were fantastic! Very friendly and welcoming. They clearly take pride in their city and know their way around. They always put our needs and requests first (even helping me to buy spices). They showed us parts of Delhi we’ve never (and would never) see and answered all of our questions. Do not miss this opportunity. And to make it all better, the company donates 50% of the profits to slum schools!Escorted by two young and nice guys, I explored the streets of old Delhi and tried excellent local food in places that I would have never found without them.

This was the most amazing evening I could imagine in Delhi. It was superbly managed with great logistics, kind guides, expert commentary, safe and diverse transport, and completely safe food. I had no health concerns or repercussions. And oh, the food. I have never had food like this in my life. A full range and selection based on my preferences and tastes. A mango lassi, wonderful puri bread and chick pea curry, samosas. The BEST FRIED CHICKEN I have ever had in my life. I would not have thought that fried chicken would be on the Indian food tour but it was amazing. And the jalebi. You must have this sweet treat. Fried hot and freshly dipped in syrup. You have to like sweet food, which I do. You must do this tour with this company! Salman was really an amazing guide but I imagine all their guides are!
