Our food menu is not made up of typical dishes, but of traditional tapas from all corners of Spain, what a Spaniard would really eat when they go out to have fun.
We only have forty seats, which makes everything much closer and feels much more intense. All our clients congratulate us and leave the tablao thanking us for the experience, it is something that is never forgotten.

I thoroughly enjoyed this as my first ever Flamenco and Tapas experience. The room is small and the show was therefore intimate and not full with lots of tourists. The show unlike the bigger Flamenco productions in Madrid was improvised and this meant the Flamenco artists, dancers, singer and guitarist played what they felt like playing and this really showed. Their emotions and passion was electric, I felt it in every bit of my body making this not just a show but an experience. I would 100% recommend and when I return to Madrid I will go again for sure - especially as I am told that every show is different. —————— They waiting/bar staff were so lovely - however if you speak English, they do not, so make sure you have Google translate at the ready! Our ticket included traditional (not touristy) Tapas tasting but the menu was in Spanish. It did not translate well on Google translate! However, I discovered after ordering that if you go onto the Sala Temple website that the full menu is available there in English - and not only the names of the dishes but an explanation of their origin place in Spain and a description of that the dish is! I would 110% recommend this to anyone travelling to Madrid. It was personal, passionate & the tapas was traditional and delicious! Skip the busy touristy flamenco shows and come here! It was an amazing performance that brought tears to my eyes! The singing and dancing was phenomenal and I’d recommend this show to anyone!
