Unfortunately I mistakely cancelled an evening tour which I also booked with Viator instead of the Aftn tea on the same day. I realised an hour before the aftn tea and desperately tried to undo my blunder as it was my boyfriends birthday treat. None of my requests could be accommodated including just a tour with no aftn tea the next day. So I lost all my money and had to make other plans. Never got to do any tour of London either. I am back in SA and my boyfriend in NZ so we didn't have time to do the tour by ourselves as we had to depart 2 days laterGreat time had on the afternoon tea. What a great way to spend a sunny afternoon in London. We had a seat for two which was great as we didn't really want to share a table for four. Our table had a brilliant holder for the glasses and cups and cake stand. We had delicious Mimosas to start us off, then the sandwiches, cakes and scones were really nice. The tea was hot and came in a souvenir takeaway cup with a lid - not as nice as china, but much better than paper or cardboard takeaway cups!!! The team did a brilliant job - Ilham was our super cheerful tour guide and server, along with Kinsel. They were very helpful and the service was great. Our driver was Fernando, who was very cheerful too. I didn't learn a lot about London and its history but we saw plenty of landmarks and Ilham's humour made it all the more enjoyable.
