The reason for the Average Rating for this excursion is that it really wasn't much of a tour. It was a bike ride that you could have easily taken yourself along the pathway. The necessity for a knowledgeable person was, in my opinion, to assist anyone who had difficulty with the bike. The bikes are Pedego Element hub-assist e-bikes that have a throttle. The bikes were fun! It was plenty long enough. My husband’s bike quit working about a mile before getting done with the tour. While waiting to start the tour a couple came back and one of their bikes had quit also. So not sure if this is a regular problem. This was fun, but I think the word “tour...

While waiting to start the tour a couple came back and one of their bikes had quit also. So not sure if this is a regular problem. This was fun, but I think the word “tour” is a bit misleading. It is a guided bike ride. We stopped at the bottom of a bridge to look out. We went to the Boneyard Beach and were able to ride on it. My expectations were that we would ride to key places around the island and make stops all along. It is not that. It is a ride out to that particular beach, depending on tides you may or may not get to ride along that beach, then you head back.Great ride to Talbot’s Island. Steve was very helpful. Scenery is beautiful. Three bikes for 3 1/2 hours. Worth it.

Super easy to use - instructions beforehand were spot on! Exploring the island from a different view is highly recommended - we chose to just explore on our own. Next time we are in town - we will be renting from them AGAIN!

This was my wife's first electric bike trip and it couldn't have been a better experience. The checkin process and operator instructions went smooth. The tour guide Lawrence was easy going which made the experience that much more enjoyable. The trip cut south from the bike shop down along the coast on A1A. We crossed the George Crady Bridge with great views of Nassau Sound and made a stop at Big Talbot Island State Park. The beach at the park is known for the driftwood that dots the shoreline. Great experience!Great fun and beautiful scenery! Our guide Lawrence was awesome!! The tour gave you room to explore the speed of the bike as much as you want. A must do!!!
