The boat tour was fine - I think the guide was new - she was nervous, but did as good a job as she could. The champagne part was a bit odd as this tour is combined with about 50 others on one boat, so some got off to do a different tour at one point, and some did or did not get champagne so that was confusing. After the boat tour, our guide for the Eiffel tower never showed up, so our little group walked ourselves over on our own and didn't have much trouble getting in. The BIGGEST disappointment was that I was under the assumption the Eiffel Tower tickets were to the summit (the top floor), and when we received the tickets they were only to the second floor. I swear this is what I read when booking, but I could obviously be mistaken. I was so sad I traveled all the way to Paris and didn't get to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Someone other than me must have complained, because I received a very timely partial refund which I did appreciate, zero questions asked.Hexel was a fun and interesting guide, and the whole vibe was relaxed. Hexel was a fun and interesting guide, and the whole vibe was relaxed. The tour company ended up changing times to 8:45pm (originally scheduled for 6:15) but the company was very accommodating as they made the change (made sure the change could work for us and communicated clearly about it) and the time ended up being much better b/c it was more fun to be on the Seine as the sun was setting.Thank you Rawda!! You were great and such an amazing and welcoming guide. We will certainly be coming back for more!!
Thank you Rawda!! You were great and such an amazing and welcoming guide. We will certainly be coming back for more!!Stay away! First, the exclusive boat tour with a maximum of 19 people is a LIE. We met the person at the bottom of the stairs as designated, and proceeded to be the last group led onto the boat with about 150 people. Since we were last, we got really lousy seats. Stay away! First, the exclusive boat tour with a maximum of 19 people is a LIE. We met the person at the bottom of the stairs as designated, and proceeded to be the last group led onto the boat with about 150 people. Since we were last, we got really lousy seats. We could barely see anything. The seating was rough folding chairs that put a hole in my tights! There was no organization and we ended up paying for our supposedly complimentary drinks because that seemed to be the only way we could have one. I have no idea where the Eiffel Tower tour started because once we got on the boat we never saw our tour guide again. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you like a large group activity where you’re smashed in with a bunch of other people. That wasn’t what I paid almost $200 to experience.Rawda was awesome. Good spirit, fun, knowledgeable. She provided good information while we enjoyed the incredible view of Paris!

Our guide was very enthusiastic and provided a lot of information. Punctuality is definitely important. It was my friend and I who were the last to arrive. Although I think we were only like 2 to 5 minutes late. We enjoyed the night tour (would be nice to do same boat tour in the daylight) and the special Eiffel Tour access. It truly felt like we had a unique experience.
