- For security reasons, the Eiffel Tower reserves the right to verify the contents of clients' bags and, if deemed necessary, confiscate any items considered dangerous (knives, glass bottles, bottle openers, alcohol). Confiscated items will not be returned to their owners.
- For technical or security reasons, the management of the site reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour without offering a refund or an alternative date.
- The top of the tower may be closed in the event of bad weather
- The service provider cannot be held responsible for waiting times caused by a large number of visitors or due to technical problems which can cause the tour to be modified on the day of the visit. No refund is possible in these circumstances.

- Please note that we do not send the tickets in advance. You will acquire the entry ticket to the Eiffel and Seine Cruise directly from the guide
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

There was very little "tour" included with this booking. There was very little "tour" included with this booking. The early morning access was very nice and we were able to avoid the majority of the crowds, but other than approx. 3 minutes of history about the Eiffel tower once we reached the 2nd level, there was very little "tour" info. We were the 1st tour in line for entry, but I was surprised that the tour guide did NOT already have our tickets which required us to move over to the "non-ticketed" line. We had to stand in line for approx. 45 minutes before being allowed up the tower. Overall, if you miss out buying tickets directly from the official sight, this is a viable option. The included river tour was "ok", but nothing to get excited about. There are 2 boats, one with an upper deck and one without. If you sit on the lower deck of the boat you can't really see any of the sites included on the tour because the banks are so high. It was a nice way to take a break and get off our feet, but wasn't much of a sightseeing opportunity. The river tour takes approx. 1.5 hours from the time you get in line to the time you depart the boat. Keep this in mind when planning other tours.Alexis_C

We paid for a summit tour at 8.30am. we were at the meeting point 15mins early as asked but ended up waiting 65mins to get on the 1st elevator. guides were hard to distinguish and didn't communicate at all. We could not fit on the 1st evaluator with our group and so were left behind to figure eve...

We met at 8 AM for an 8:30 tour. We didn’t get into the tower until close to 10. We had to wait in the “no tickets” line. Optional summit does not mean you have the option of going to the summit. We could not. Overall, it was disappointing. We could have gone at 8 AM and waited in the line ...
