This tour had problems and the tour company refunded our money. I give them five stars for integrity and transparency. I believe the company was I’ll-equipped: the coordinator was unprepared for elevator delays: and the guide was simply poor. If I had to choose between this company and buying my own ticket, I would save time and money. The guide knew less than Wikipedia. The same ticket line and the same security line is required. How much help do I need for these? Depending on the time of day, these lines can be 2-3 hours. One of the elevators was closed, and it was difficult. We went to the first elevator level with 360 degrees of viewing the city. It was particularly beautiful with the extra lights. Note: next year in time for the 2024 summer Olympics, the tower will be painted Gold .
