This tour is for people who want to discover how the Ecuadorian coffee and cocoa is produced in the Cloud forest as well as appreciate the sceneries and taste some local delights.

What to expect
Departure will be at 7:00 am from your hotel in Quito.
Small basket of organic regional products in your car.
First Visit is the Pululahua crate; the Pululahua is an extinct Volcano with a unique micro weather laboratory, high altitude forest and cloud forest inside volcanoes crater,
We continue descending down the beautiful roads the cloud forest has to offer, stop at Nanegalito for breakfast.
Second visit will be at the coffee farm, where you will visit the plantations, learn about the process and taste a good coffee with patacones.
We will then visit a organic cocoa plantation with the "cacao Arriba" which is one of the best varieties produced in the world, we will discover the process of cocoa feves becoming chocolate.
Lunch at el Quetzal and tasting.
Alambi visit, where you will be able to do some birdwatching.
Return to Quito, drop-off at your hotel.

- Not wheelchair accessible (so sorry but the coffee plantation is a bit difficult for people using wheelchairs, we have a lot of other tours wheelchair accessible!)

- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately (we recommend to take into account that the cloud forest may have rains and you might encounter mud too).
