We chose Megobari Tours based on earlier recommandations by other Tripadvisor users. They were absolutely correct how friendly and nice these guys are. They picked up us from our guesthouse with comfortable Mercedes Vito 4x4 sharply in the morning. We wanted to visit mountains for nice views without driving ourself in slightly chaotic Georgian traffic. Also we wished to visit non-tourist places to enjoy nature in peace. There was a quite deep descent toTsutskhvati cave, but it was really worth it. You can enjoy very pure water river and cave itself is not commercialized at all yet. After the cave we drove (did not do hiking) close to the "Nine crosses". There was a deep path leading to the viewpoint and to the church. Fortunately they were building stairs and the climbing part was ok. There were amazing views from the top. After "Nine crosses" we visited St. Nicholas Cathedral and learned its history. As a bonus we also visited Motsameta Monastery, which was built in a very beautiful location a must see). Our guide had very good background information about these places. Overall our day trip was a five star experience. Our guides were very professional and were adjusting schedule by our wishes. The best part is conversations about the culture and history. We made so many questions and learned a lot about the life in Georgia. We decided to take a few more tours with Megobari during our stay, next to Okatse canyon. It seems they can fix you basically everything here, so just send them email before hand, if you have something different in mind than these package tours.
