What to expect
Get ready for a hilarious take on Shakespeare during this unique, 90-minute show in Chicago's renowned Loop district. Located at "The Lounge", this quirky performance showcases an intoxicated cast member. One classically-trained actor has at least five shots of whiskey and then attempts to perform in a Shakespearean play. The results are what Slate magazine describes as ‘the best thing to ever happen to the theater.’ Craft cocktails are available for purchase during the show and there is a special treat upon arrival.

We have been told to ask Trip advisor for a refund and Drunk Shakespeare would honor it because we were stopped at the door due to No proof of Vaccinations. We were vaccinated but didn’t have our cards due to not needing with federal mandate change. It ruined our evening plans and our chicago experience for the night. We live out of state and not able to reschedule. Any company that doesn’t have a plan to communicate better shouldn’t be supported, please help me get a refund . The actors had a great rapport with each other as well as the audience which meant there were lots of laughs all around. The cocktails were also amazing.Great show - wish this was also on the west coast. Actors are hilarious and ridiculously talented. Macbeth was significantly more entertaining than any other presentation I've seen. My wife and I treat COVID patients, so really appreciate the precautions.
