Tour experiences at Dairy Farm, Balsamic farm and winery all reasonably good however the logistics are poor at best. If you are going to take this tour know that transportation to and between the tour sites is completely on your own or you have to pay extra for them to arrange it. Also, one of the reasons we booked this was because it was listed as a 930 start time but 48 hours before we were informed that we must be at the first tour site by 830am. The tour sites are remote. Also we only found out the sports car part of the tour was cancelled because the winery had a new exhibit in its place and the tour organizers had no idea (they did provide a small discount to us for this). Again, the tours themselves get the job done but at this price point how transport can’t be provided I will never understand. I would recommend to look for better options. Our tour with Sofia was amazing. Our tour with Sofia was amazing. She contacted us after our booking to notify us that unfortunately the winery was unavailable for our date but was eager to fill the spot with something of interest to my husband and I. She was a lovely host and very informative tour guide. It felt more like a morning with an Italian friend than just a traditional tour with a stranger. She taught us all about the food certifications and how to ensure we're buying quality products. She also introduced us to Pagani the Italian Hypercar company we had never heard of before. The company takes hand made to a whole new level. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone stopping in on Modena. We enjoyed it so much and speak of it often.Execlente...Experiência de sabores e cores com processos naturais com muita disciplina só podem gerar alimento dos deuses.

The tour was great and Elena was a wonderful guide, very positive and energetic, you could tell she was very passionate about Parmesan Reggiano and Balsamic of Modena. We ended up running late due to an accident that shut down the freeway, but Elena was great about communicating with us and getting us caught up with the tour. Sofia, who did the Lambrusco Wine portion of the tour, was also extremely friendly, energetic and passionate. The tour is split in to 3 parts and could use a little more clarity on exact location, the map directions get you close, but are a little confusing. You may be with different groups at each location depending on if other people only picked specific parts. The time for the cheese and to get to the wine was about perfect. We did, however, cut the Lambrusco tasting a little short to get to our 3rd part so we were not holding up anyone, so just a little more time between the wine and the balsamic parts of the tour would have been nice. We were able to go back to the cheese and wine locations after the tour though and have some more time to do some shopping. Definitely a must see tour for anyone with interests of any of these 3 marvels! It was great to see how the Balsamic Vinegar tradition in this family is well kept and maintained, also their connections to Parmigiano Cheese and Lambrusco is one of a kind. Great value.

The organizer of this trip is not good. We booked the trip for $470e and were contacted the evening 5:30pm before by the organizer who said that the time of our trip was no longer available could we arrive at 8:30am which was not possible for us. Instead we were told to arrive at 11:30am and we would have the trip in a different sequence. When we arrived we were told we could not have the museum tour of the winery we could look ourselves. We did our tasting at both the winery and the vinegar establishments but when we arrived at the acetiia, Alessia, who is very nice, told the last part (the parmigiana) was not possible - they were closed and that Soffia should have told us. The organizer had every opportunity to let us know this before our arrival. We requested a refund for this portion that was cancelled even though the first part was also scaled back from what was advertised. At first the organizer offered $70e refund (there were two in my party and $157e would be 1/3 the cost). When Alessia offered me $70e I told her the price she called Sofia back who offered us another 40e. I left and contacted Sofia directly as it was not Alessia's fault. Sofia finally sent us $52e more euros in refund. After having to ask three times for the appropriate refund, and the trip not being what was advertised we are very disappointed. Sofia offered that the reason was a holiday upcoming, however, this was not the reason and if so, Sofia should have offered a full refund at the start, and at several opportunities in our back and forth. Both Alessia and the women at the winery were nice but the trip certainly did not live up to what is advertised. If you want to visit these kind of places best to do it on your own and not pay this high price.
