Fantastic! My son, and I rented two e-bikes and had a phenomenal time. Vadim delivered the bikes right on time and was super helpful with the bike orientation and tips/recommendations for the ride. The bikes were in perfect condition and a blast to ride! If you come to the area this place is a must.

Great business. They dropped the bikes off on time at our hotel and we booked them for a full day. The e-bikes were basically brand new and they gave us clear instructions on how to operate them. Helmets were provided and they were pristine as well. Definitely plan your route out ahead of time and consult different maps because the bike trails are not clearly marked on all maps. Returning the bikes was seamless and we just texted the bike guy once we got back to the hotel. He picked them up without any issues. The batteries on the bikes seemed to last more than estimated although we did not use the pedal assist all that much throughout the day.Thank you Vadim! What a great customer experience. Vadim was very patient and considerate and diligent in making sure we had the right equipment. If you want to see the area from a more intimate perspective, you need to connect with Vadim. We absolutely loved our electric bike rentals. They were so easy to communicate with and the bikes were top notch!!! (We met other bike renters that had much more basic electric bikes but I'm glad we had these deluxe bikes). I also loved the throttle option if you got tired of peddling- but that does eat up your battery. We had our bikes from 11-7 and went 65 miles - part of the " grand loop" was closed so we did have to back track. Yes we did reserve an extra battery and even though we didn't use all of the 2nd battery we needed most of it for our all day adventure. I was a little nervous about biking and running into bears but the trail was well travelled and Jackson seemed to be active biking community. I loved it!!!!Very good drop off and pickup service. Nice route to the state park. Bikes are very easy to use. Will do it again

We rented electric bikes and rode the path from Jackson to Jenny Lake to view the hidden falls and inspiration point. It was about 20 miles each way and couldn’t have done it without the help of power pedaling. Vadim dropped off our bikes at our hotel, made sure we knew how to ride them, and even explained how to get from our hotel out to the path!! It was a beautiful ride through the Tetons! I would definitely recommend renting electric bikes for a day. It allowed us to experience the countryside that was even better than a car. Returning the bikes was super easy, too. We contacted Vadim and he came back to our hotel for pick up!! Great day spent outdoors!!
