We absolutely loved our tour with Mo. It was very rainy, so she showed up in a car rather than with bikes, and we visited all the same places while staying dry in the process. We enjoyed many delicious traditional dishes and drinks at several different restaurants and saw historical sights and visited the city’s largest market where we sampled several foods we hadn’t seen before. Mo even helped us purchase a table runner we loved at a coffee shop that wasn’t actually for sale! It will be a wonderful reminder of a delightful morning.Mo (the tour guide) was FANTASTIC. After an amazing (but exhausting) 2 days trek to, in, around and back from Hang En cave, we decided to spend a few days in Dong Hoi. Our bike tour - led by Thai - was 100% the highlight of our time in the city. Thai is charming, knowledgeable, fun and has an excellent grasp in English. He steered us well clear of tourist traps, leading us to local haunts, fish markets and Bijou coffee bars. We ate and drank extremely well for a very small amount of money. The tour also ran over 4 hours long, and Thai would've gone on longer if we hadn't had to leave. We highly recommend this tour to anyone planning to spend a few days in Dong Hoi. You won't regret it.
