What to expect
First you will go through some basic scuba diving theory, this is then followed by a short multiple choice quiz. Then we'll take you out just off the beach to run through some basic skills like how to clear your mask and what to do if your regulator comes out of your mouth. Then once you have the basics we'll take you out for 2 dives from the beach.

- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

I met DJL on Koh Lipe and expanded my diving experience with an advanced course and some fun dives. Due to the very friendly and family contact and the very professional dives, my friends have also completed the OW and Advanced. 3 months later we have expanded our diving career with a Nitrox, Wreck and Deep Dive specialization in Koh Tao. Julia, Tim and the whole team are great teachers. Especially in the Tec area, Tim brings decades of experience from his wreck expedition. I was the last customer of the season. There were only very few people on the island, I was afraid that I might not be able to go dive anymore. As I walked by DJL Diving, ED was already preparing to close the shop during low season and probably didn’t expect anymore customers. I wanted to do two fun dives the next day. Although I would probably be the only one, the price was very reasonable & I’ve felt very welcoming. The weather has not been the best but the visibility underwater was surprisingly good. I’ve felt very taken care of & had an amazing experience diving with ED. I felt like he did whatever possible to show me the best he could and I really appreciate that. Si vous avez envie de faire de la plongée vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !! Si cest votre première soyez détendu Nini est au top pour vous mettre en confiance et vous rassurer ! J’ai réalisé mes 2 premières plongées et c’était juste incroyables ! Alors faites comme moi foncez, vous verrez les fonds marins sont magnifiques ! Toute l’équipe est très sympa.Aller à Ko Lipe sans faire au moins une plongée c'est vraiment dommage. Mais bon, sans expérience, difficile de se fier au premier club de plongée venue ! Aller à Ko Lipe sans faire au moins une plongée c'est vraiment dommage. Mais bon, sans expérience, difficile de se fier au premier club de plongée venue ! Bien m'en a pris de faire confiance à DJL, une centre de plongée PADI 5 étoiles et à Nini qui s'est occupé de moi et avec laquelle j'ai fait 2 plongées extraordinaires d'environs 40 mm chacunes: des murs de coraux magnifiques et des miĺlier de poissons multicolore. C'était malheureusement mon dernier jour sur l'île sinon, suite à cette découverte et mise en confiance, j'aurais fait une formation " PADI advanced course" sur deux jours. Ce son de vrai PROS et je vous les recommandes sans hésitations. Arnaud
