We didn't actually go with Pete and his team but just wanted to record the excellent professionalism that we faced with Pete. He went to a great extent to customise the tour for us including a tram dinner and other things as we liked. Unfortunately my wife wasn't well and we bailed out almost at the last moment but Pete waived everything and cancelled the trip, no questions asked. He is a thorough professional and a great guy. Not sure why there isn't many reviews here, but in my opinion he is one of the best to explore the city and it's surroundings.Pete was fantastic! His knowledge of the local area and outging personality truly made this tour memorable. We arrived on a cruise ship and this tour offered the perfect opportunity to see the local area. Our first stop was punting (boat ride) on the beautiful Avon River with a punter, then on to a multi cultural lunch and then a tour around the city. We rode the tram around the scenic downtown and then a gondola to the top of one the highest mountains. Pete has extensive knowledge of the history, including the impact of the 2011 earthquake. This is an ideal venue with so many sites and activities to experience and a well planned excursion.It’s a great tour for first timer visitor in Christchurch. Our guide, Pete was really friendly. We had a great insight of the city. We also have a lovely lunch. And my little ones really love the gondola ride at the end of the tour.
