• Seasonal starter
• Fresh Pasta - Sample pasta dishes: Spaghetti with the 'arselle' clams or Pasta with Chickpeas or Pappardelle
• Second course - Pappa al pomodoro or Bordatino alla pisana or Pisa-style Stockfish (with potatoes)
• Tuscan dessert - Sample dessert dish: Castagnaccio or Torta coi Bischeri or Pine nut cake or Tiramisu or similar typical desserts
