Please note that the cooking class is for vegetarian food. Meat dishes can be added on request at extra charge. Food walk in the city may have some meat dishes. That can be customised to be completely vegetarian if required.
A tea tasting session can be added on certain days,

This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: New Delhi, New Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi
The day will start with a cooking class in home of a local chef where guests will learn to cook a full Indian meal with snacks, starters, main course, breads, chai and desserts. It will be a full hands on cooking session with guidance from the chef.
The cooking class will be in Dwarka Sector 22 and food walk will be in different parts of Delhi city after that.

This is a culinary experience through the heart of Delhi city and will stay fresh in memory for life. This food walk is a great way to taste authentic Indian food from some of the oldest and a few comparatively newer food shops.
Visitors will walk, ride rikshaw and travel in a car to 7-9 different food shops and sample 12-14 dishes, each prepared according to authentic Indian style.

We tasted so many things in places we wouldn't dare touch anything by ourselves. It is an extraordinary experience in the essence of India and I consider it as a "must" for every visitor to India in order to try to understand the uniqueness of this country.
