This is the highlight of Osaka's authentic foodie experience with Local, covering "Netflix Street food Osaka" area. This tour is a small group only (up to 6 people), because we will go to all small hidden gems.
All guides are Food loving Japanese local(also a professional guide).
Tenjinbashi entertaining Area is a really unique and amazing place, not yet with foreign tourists. When We have Japanese friends visiting Osaka, every time we take them here, then they became super happy.
We are very fascinated in searching yummy food restaurant in this area for long years.
The guide will take you to very hidden deep spots which provide fantastic food. They are not 5-stars Hotel or Michelin Restaurant, but food quality is top for sure in “B-class Food category” and it's a “Soul” of Osaka city

What to expect
Regarding the whole Tenjinbashi entertainment area as one large cuisine dining, Enjoy exclusive Japanese food & drink with bar-hopping style.
This is the most luxury and efficient way to enjoy Osaka food culture.
Begin with Takoyaki (In Osaka must eat food, Octopus dumplings) as an appetizer, then taste Fresh Sushi at Sushi bar counter with Sake. Next is freak loved BBQ restaurant to taste juicy Wagyu-meat with local beer. We will end up with the rich taste of chewy Japanese noodle 'Ramen' as the last (probably some you never eat before).
In total, we will visit 4 places.
Basically, at 1 place, 1 drink(except 1st & 4th) & 1- 2 food, then go next.
This is Osaka style and especially suits this area.
'Eat and Die' is a famous word which mentions about Osaka town.
Tenjinbashi, The Longest shopping street in Japan has a different face in the night. Especially narrow side street has more interesting. We'll show you around scenic Osaka night town. Without a local navigator, Someplace is difficult even for Japanese people to enter, though Osaka is very kind to drink people. So you'll feel very comfortable after like a local.
We'll try to direct unforgettable Osaka nightlife & food.

Great tour! Kenji offered a perfect mix of cuisine and local culture. He tailored the tour to the group’s interests and educated us on many aspects of Japanese culture and food. Great tour! Kenji offered a perfect mix of cuisine and local culture. He tailored the tour to the group’s interests and educated us on many aspects of Japanese culture and food. It is a small group setting and Kenji creates an engaging environment with him and between the guests themselves. Expect to enjoy a large quantity and variety of food! It may even require some pacing. The sushi part of the tour was especially good. This is a great trip for starting an Osaka adventure as Kenji can recommend different neighborhoods and restaurants for later. He is very personable and fun to be around! Having him made it much easier to navigate local restaurants that we would not have found or felt comfortable trying by ourselves.jonathanngo96

This was my second tour with Kenji. I’m so glad I joined because I was able to enjoy some great food in a truly local area. I’m 100% certain I would not have been able to go to the same places without Kenji due to the lack of English in some places so this experience is a must do.

We booked this tour last minute since we liked our first tour with Kenji in Gion so much. This was the best meal I’ve had during my trip in Japan. We started with takoyaki, then sushi, wagyu, and ramen. I would highly recommend this tour (and any with Kenji).
