The bus had no working toilet! We were literally a couple blocks away from the Giza pyramids when the driver pulled over, the tour guide got out and went into a store with no explanation, keeping us waiting for 10-15 minutes. Also, this was not even the tour we signed up for. There apparently weren't enough people on our tour, so they combined us with the camel and ATV tour, which we had absolutely no interest in (another couple on this tour echoed our same plight!). I felt like a hostage on the bus, extremely concerned about how to make airfare arrangements should the cruise ship decide to leave us as they had every legal right to do. We were supposed to be back by 8:30 p.m. and we got back, the last tour bus to return, at 10 p.m. We stopped on the side of the road to see the Sphinx for a drive-by shooting (!!! I waited 30 years for this!) At the Giza pyramids, there's the option to go inside one of them but 'that's another ticket.' It's all about being rushed and the only thing I have to say to Ramasside Tours, is: I'd like my money back! We asked for a private tour. You said not available. You offered us the camel and ATV tour. We said no. That's not for us. You deceptively put us with that tour anyway! Note: our tour was listed as"pyramids-memphis-sakkara-day-trip-from-portsaid" but no longer seems to be available.N1555VQkellyc

Do NOT use Ramasside if you are on a cruise!! We got back to our ship one and a half hours AFTER the all aboard time. We left almost 2 hours late because they were still trying to sell more tickets to cruise passengers. The driver couldn't find the port on the way back. Our guide didn't talk to us on the bus, but rather forced us to listen to him at the sites, which wasted a lot of time. I dont feel like I learned much about the pyramids from him (I had to Google them on the bus). We were extremely fortunate Our boat waited, but had we been 5 minutes later we would have missed it (got back at 10pm). Just don't do it.
