Mole Boy (Ibrahim Matinu) booked the wrong time for a flight for myself, my blind father and my three children on January 7th, 2023. We discovered the error when we arrived at the Airport at 5am for a 6am flight that did not exist. I requested a refund immediately and the airline assured us the refund will be issued to our agent (Mole Boy). On January 13th, the refund was issued to Matinu's account. It has been a month now and Ibrahim Matinu AKA Mole Boy has not refunded the money that he collected from Passion Air on our behalf. At first he apologized for using the funds for his business and assured us that we will be receiving the money in a week. Now he refuses to take my calls and all efforts to retrieve the 4, 050 Ghana cedis has proved futile.Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time with Mole boy during our transfer from Tamale to Zaina lodge and the community tour. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time with Mole boy during our transfer from Tamale to Zaina lodge and the community tour. Right after we got picked up from the airport we felt really comfortable. He truly did everything to make us feel that way. The community tour is really a must do when you’re visiting Mole. It gives you that extra experience. You get to learn about the history of different communities and meet wonderful local people. I would definitely recommend everybody that is visiting Mole to reach out to Mole boy for a transfer and the tour! Mole boy is really reliable and transparant about what you’ll get for what you’ll pay and if you wanna do something different from the standard package he’ll be flexible for you. We decided not to do the safari tour with him, since it was included in our booking with Zaina lodge. However, we didn’t see the elephants during our safari which made us a little disappointed. We told Mole boy about our experience and the next day he arranged with the rangers that we were able to see the elephants for sure. He picked us up earlier to make this happen. And we dit find the elephants. He really did everything to give our the best experience!Mole Boy travel & Safe Guide Tours is the best. I was taken through out the safari very well. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by mole boy Guide , our names were mentioned and we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that thanks. We had two great days there, which obviously also added up to the experience. Mole boy is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). On behalf of Mrs ghartey Mrs Linda and Mrs Janet truly enjoyed walking the six of us through the area. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the tour.we also learn alot there like names of some of the trees there was a big dictionary names which I can't even remember one now unless I go back to my video to name them here but it was all fun.....one I can remember is sisifus marijuana 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀that we all laugh about .... The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to all of us. All respect for Mole boy who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide! Nous avions passé une excellente journée avec Mole Boy! Il nous a fait découvrir plusieus choses sur le trajet de Mole à Kumasi comme les cascades (Kintampo) et le Monkey Century. Il est très marrant, connait énormément de choses. Malheureusement nous l'avons rencontré à notre dernier jour à Mole et n'avions pas pu découvir ses packages qui ont l'air exceptionnels! A expérimenter la prochaine fois... Il était vraiment adorable, nous sommes ravies de l'avoir rencontré sur notre trajet de voyage au Ghana.
