Our driver collect you from the hotel in Kandy (city limited hotels) as earlier as possible ( around 7 am or before)
transfer to Sigiriya – Approximately 2-3 hours drive before go to the Sigiriya a short visit Matale Hindu temple, one hour drive to Dambulla for Visiting Dambulla cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site which Lord Buddha’s life is painted on the walls of the cave which is believed to be done during the 2nd century.
After visiting cave temple, Lunch at a recommended restaurant after having lunch, Visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress at evening

Ich hatte das Glück eine ähnliche Tagestour mit Zameek durchzuführen. Der Hindu-Tempel und die Ayurveda-Farm waren interessant, aber waren nur kurze Stops. Der Fokus lag für mich auf Dambulla und Sigiriya. Toll fand ich, dass mir Zameek immer andere Optionen angeboten hat. Letztlich habe ich nicht Sigiriya, sondern den Felsen gegenüber bestiegen. Und der Blick auf das Land und Sigiriya waren jede einzelne Stufe wert!! Zameek hatte mir noch angeboten den Nationalpark zu ergänzen. Er hat das kurzfristig organisiert bekommen, sod ass ich nicht nur eine spannende und spaßige Jeep-Tour erlebt habe, sondern auch mehrere Elefanten-Herden sehen konnte. Der Fahrer hat mir genug Zeit gelassen die Tiere in Ruhe zu genießen. Ich fand es toll, dass die Jeep-Fahrer nah genug ran fahren, aber dich respektvoll Abstand halten und auch die Motoren abschalten. Bis zu dem beginnenden Sonnenuntergang haben wir die Elefanten im Park bestaunt. Es war ein langer, voll gepackter Tag, aber es hat sich definitiv gelohnt! Wenn man alles schaffen will, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein und vielleicht Dambulla und den Hindu-Tempel etwas schneller durchlaufen. Zameek hat mir einen tollen Tag mit spitzenmäßigen Eindrücken ermöglicht und hat mir während der Fahrt viel Interressantes zu Sri Lanka erzählt! Einfach nur empfehlenswert!!!E1628YGshawnc

If you’re short on days in Sri Lanka and want to tick off some of the main attractions, then this tour is it. You get flexibility of moving around without the hassle of thinking what transport to take and get to enjoy a personalised day. Let me just start off by saying I had the most amazing tour with such a genuine and honest tour guide. Ilham R. Picked us up precisely on time and took us to every destination we wanted, I felt like I was in control the whole time of the tour. We started the day by heading directly to a spice garden where they took us to see how traditional herbal medicines are made. He even offered if we wanted to stop for lunch which we did at a small cafe on the side of the road to eat some traditional Sri Lankan food. We then headed off to see the Dambulla Royal Cave Temple and climbed up many steps to reach the beautiful scenery. Ilham made sure we were comfortable and we never felt rushed at any time. Afterwards he asked if we wanted to climb Sigiriya or the other mountain to get a good view. He even offered to take us to both if we wanted. We decided to head to an elephant safari which was absolutely amazing!! We got within a few feet of wild elephants!! I can truly say that at the end of the tour ilham wasent just a tour guide but also our friend. Ilham made this tour the most memorable experience I've had in Sri Lanka. I have just completed my day trip with this company. The whole process of booking and up to the day of the trip was perfect with clear communication and easily richable owner. On the day the driver picked me up at the time specified and our little trip started. I was in full control in what was happening on the day and how long I wanted to spend doing acrovities. My driver was understanding and very polite and I always felt comfortable and well taken care of. I was a single traveler and was white worried about booking a day trip in Sri Lanka but all my expectations were met. My driver let me set a tone of our time together and was very understanding that I was tired and also not much of a talker. It was just perfect with little comments about places we have been to and interesting facts about plants and life in Sri Lanka. I think best proof of how caring and responsible the company is showed by my driver actually walking a mountain with me as he was worried something might happen as it was a hard track! 100% recommended! thank your again!TammyE345
