Dan gave us an excellent guide through Bowie's Berlin. The time flew by because Dan made it all very enjoyable as well as rigorous. Totally recommended for lovers of Bowie and music in general.

Why did Bowie come to Berlin? That's the central premise of this immersive tour. Our guide was Dan, a talented storyteller and communicator. By weaving together the facets of this complex artist's life, Dan drew together a narrative that was thought-provoking and engaging, using particular music to illustrate places and points in time. You dart about the city, going station to station, (so you will need a travel pass in advance) visiting the locales that had significance to DB and his cohorts. We learned about the Weimar Republic, the impact of the division of the Wall, and the scenes and cultures in the 70's which still persist now. This is a tour suitable for people who have a casual interest in the man, right through to hard-core fans. Dan is kind, generous and personable. We can't recommend this tour highly enoughDan was brilliant, really informative and really good fun, with a portable soundtrack as well. Excellent, well worth the money!

I learnt a load about Berlin and about Bowie and a huge amount about the connections between the top.
