This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: Main Street Brewery, 261 7th Ave E, Vancouver, British Columbia V5T 0B8 Canada
We start with unique access to a historic building and local brewery to see, smell, taste and learn the basics of 4 seemingly simple ingredients that create over 100+ distinct styles of beer in the world. We'll enjoy 4 craft beer samples, one is a similar recipe to what beer tasted like centuries ago.
Duration: 1 hour
Pass By: Mount Pleasant, Mount Pleasant, Vancouver, British Columbia
As we enjoy a light walk through 'Brewery Creek', we'll visit 3 very different breweries in the neighbourhood, we'll dive into how the craft beer subculture was recently revived and why it's quickly gaining in popularity. Our beer tastings will include stories of popular American craft beers styles of today - many of the beers we taste are small batch, meaning they're only available in the local breweries we visit. No doubt we'll likely get into some healthy banter over which ones are the best.
Whether you’re brand new craft beer or a veteran, you’re sure to enjoy these very local and very tasty alcoholic beverages and meeting the people who make it.
Stop At: R&B Ale & Pizza House, 1-54 E 4th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5T 1E8, Canada
Visit one of Vancouver's original microbreweries. These folks are the grandaddies in the neighbourhood, brewing high quality, hand-crafted ales and lagers since 1997.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Faculty Brewing Co., 1830 Ontario St, Vancouver, BC V5T 2W6, Canada
Faculty Brewing Co. is an open-source, green-practice driven, friendly and inclusive craft brewery in Vancouver. Transgender safe space LGBQ-friendly.

Everyone in my group rescheduled so I went on my own. Chad knows what he's talking about, has a good relationship with the breweries, and goes out of his way to consider the brews and breweries that best suit your group. There are a lot of breweries in the area and you might hit different ones every time you go. We hit Main St Brewing, R&B, and Faculty and I was recommended some stellar flights. It starts off very informative and lightened into general conversation and questions. This was the best brewery tour I have been on. My tour ran about 3.5 hours.Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Chad! This tour was one of the highlights of my Vancouver trip! My boyfriend and I didn't know that much about the craft beer scene prior to this, so the tour was a great introduction to the city, it's beer and it's people. Our guide Chad was outstanding and a great host. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I especially loved how he used our feedback after every brewery to curate the tasting flights at the next stop. I walked away with a better understanding of what kind of beer I like and why. I've been on food tours before but this was by far the best one yet. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do off the beaten path away from downtown. This was a fantastic experience on our vacation in Vancouver. Chad was fun and engaging and very knowledgeable. The three breweries each offered a variety of tastings and unique experiences while Chad gave just the right amount of insight and history. Our group of 4 all enjoyed the experience.

Fantastic thing to do on a rainy afternoon in Vancouver (or any day in Vancouver for that matter). Went to three different and incredibly atmospheric breweries and tasted some awesome beers - from light and refreshing to rich and creamy ales. However, and this is a big statement, the beers weren't the best thing of the tour. The stand out for me was our guide Chad. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and made each of the venues, and the wider Vancouver area, come alive with stories, interesting facts and anecdotes. Would highly recommend this tour.
