This is an adventure. We talked to the locals that were on the ferry to go into town to do their shopping, very interesting. This is not a resort as such but the food was great, heaps of it and the back pool was refreshing.

Allegedly there were 2 Oysters and two Prawns each but half the guests got none. That is NOT a buffet. That is a pathetic serve.

Fabulous trip great staff and the seafood was amazing Would recommend this trip to anyone and would do it againdisappointed. Just a pub crawl on water. Not really suited to familys. Im all for byo but this was just rediculous. Fine if a private function but not with familys. Crab claw is run down, no where to sit other than restaurant. Cruise was 2 hours too long and lunch was 2 hours too long.

You can take a small esky for a few drinks on the cruise home. There were also helicopters on the beach for quick joy flights.

Oysters, prawns, fish, steak all lovely. Island was a huge letdown, old, rundown, two backyard type swimming pools with no sun lounges. Reminds me I’ve a 4WD ice cream lunch stop. Obviously can’t swim out front in the water because of crocs so nothing there to do other than have lunch. Oh and if you are allergic to midgy’s than stay away- they are rampid there!!
