We had a great time. We got to see lots of fish, starfish, sea turtles, stingrays, coral reefs, jellyfish, and so much more. The guacamole at the end was some of the best we've ever had. Definitely the highlight of our vacation.

Very well organised by the tour although some more detail as to the days arrangments would be helpful. You have to book the ferry from playa del Carmen yourself but they are there to meet you as soon as you get off. Also didn't know there was a taxi ride to the boat port but again this did not matter. Overall this tour was phenomenal. the local boat captain and guide were amazing. They took us to the best spots where we saw turtles, stingray, fish, coral and starfish. The waters of Cozumel were stunning like iv never seen before. Beautiful!! Recommended it to lots of people to book after Thanks a lot!!!Just the BEST experience when in Cosumel. Just the BEST experience when in Cosumel. Book well in advance and make sure to take a hat and wear a t-shirt so you don't burn. Sunscreen is not allowed as it contaminates the ecosystem and damages the coral reefs. Our guides were incredible and super patient with us novices. If you practice diving with a snorkle prior you can be assured great underwater pictures as they have a photographer accompany the tour. The lunch snack was water side guac and fresh tropical fruits... so very good ❤️ You will love this tour! We went to 3 distinct locations. The restaurant that was reccomended after Toro's place allowed us to shower, change and enjoy the best seafood platter meal. We can't reccomend it more!!When we showed up at the ferry the lady there was not very welcoming! She was like what’s your name ok I need your $6 marine fee. Ok you can stand over there . When we showed up at the ferry the lady there was not very welcoming! She was like what’s your name ok I need your $6 marine fee. Ok you can stand over there . Motioning for us to move aside , mind you nobody else was there to check in! No explanations just follow me , to taxi puts in taxi and walks away. When we arrived at marina it was like ok now what. Two guys walked up and told us we could use restrooms and go wait over there. They were waiting for the rest to arrive . We were told to be there by 10 we didn’t leave out till almost 11. No explanations. The boat Capt was rude . The one who was the nicest was photographer (Miguel) the trip was ok for the price maybe a better crew! This was the highlight of our trip. Absolutely beautiful no pictures do it justice. Our boat driver and the snorkeling guide where amazing. Will definitely visit again!

Pros: The snorkeling sites were great, and impressive, water the most gorgeous blue and clear I’ve ever seen. Cons: The boat was tiny, tight and uncomfortable and it kept leaning. Did not have appropriate equipment for children under 12. Our guide Alex was not very friendly. He made us put our phones away in a bucket before we got to any sites and we would have to ask to get it which wouldn’t happen right away so no memories except for the last stop I got to take some pics. He was also very arrogant with his responses and it made it awkward. Let’s just say nobody was very happy with him by the end. They limit you to 2 beers(oh and he counted) The snack was fresh guacamole but not enough for our group. So eat before you go. I’d return to sites but not with “maybe tours”
