Biking tours through the extensive network of provincial routes and around outstanding old villages that have remained almost untouched for decades. "The Pink Bike Tour" takes you to most places where the "Durrells" were filmed. All the above tours combine the fun of riding in the nature and an introduction to the Corfiot history, architecture and culture.
Nature and Forest, mountainbiking
A round tour away from traffic, in the olive-tree groves. It is a mixed terrain of forest roads, with a few climbs and gravel tracks. Ionian flora of this region is simply impressive. We will have the opportunity to see local herbs and flowers, old ababdoned buildings and maybe small forest creatures.

Stop At: Ano Korakiana, Ano Korakiana, Corfu, Ionian Islands
(Corfu by bike: Countryside, Forests and Villages I)
Stop for a refreshing drink and a small snack at the yard of an 17th century church.

Stop At: Doukades, Doukades, Corfu, Ionian Islands
Stop for coffee, refreshing drinks and a sweet snack in an old style cafe in the traditional village of Doukades (Corfu by bike: Countryside, Forests and Villages II)
Duration: 30 minutes

George and Georgia are a welcoming couple, and we had an enjoyable time biking and seeing a less traveled side of Corfu. The island is far from flat, so be prepared for the hills and a good quad burn, worth it to be outside and enjoy the views/scenery. We mixed in a little mountain biking with our road peddling and had a short hike, which took us to a lovely abandoned church where George provided sandwiches and drinks. Most impressively, George altered our plans on the fly after our teen children expressed interest in going to the beach. We had a lovely hour or so of swim time at Dassia Beach, which was a welcome respite after the bike ride. All in all, it was a beautiful, sunny day in Corfu with the GEO team.Excellent value and a Fantastic time with George. Lovely walk through the countryside. George was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend if you want to get off the tourist trail. Great coffee in a lovely village too. We even saw a snake!
