You will have the opportunity to make excellent historical and characteristic recipes of the Umbria region.

What to expect
We'll meet at my house at 6 pm and, after a good aperitif by the pool while admiring the view, we'll start cooking the typical products of my region such as truffles.
I will teach you all the secrets to prepare excellent dishes and we will enjoy dinner with a good Italian wine and homemade liqueur by me.
You will be able to receive the chef's recipes on your email, so you can repeat this experience at home with your friends and family. I know that in your group there may be some people who don't like truffles, don't worry, Stefano will cook some excellent vegetarian and gluten-free alternatives, write to me and we will solve it together.
