Carrie at Bristol Stag and Hen put on a class for us at the very last minute when another hen company let us down. This was going above and beyond for us and we are so grateful as the day would have been a dud without her. The class was excellent and saved the day! Thank you very much Carrie!!

We all made 3 different cocktails but drank far more than that as most of our drinks had various different combinations. After being let down by another company that we had booked months in advance, Carrie from Bristol Stag & Hen stepped in last minute to save the day. Within 45 minutes of my original phone call to her, our hen party group was taking part in a cocktail making class which was so much fun! The variations of all the cocktails meant that everyone was able to find something that they liked. Carrie who taught the class was so accommodating with our last minute booking and it was a lovely atmosphere. After speaking with the hen group, everyone agreed that the cocktail class was far better than the activity that we had originally planned. We ran out of time to make out final cocktail so Carrie invited us to come back later that evening free of charge to have our final drinks. I thought that was a really generous offer and it meant that we started our night out with a lovely cocktail each. I booked and paid a cocktail masterclass for two on Thursday 26th for Saturday 28th as a romantic date. I receive confirmation from Tripadvisor with ticket number and location. Yet the starting hour was missing. I then called Stag and Hen. The lady on the phone was barely polite and I was clearly bothering her. She told that they had lost their login details for their trip advisor account and hadn’t confirmed the booking. As well that they are fully booked weeks in advance, which is odd as I was able to book that evening just 2 days prior.... She came across totally unprofessional and uncaring not even apologising for the inconvenience or offering later dates for the masterclass. I was told to call Trip advisor to get my money back. I was genuinely not impressed with Stag and Hen. I then called Tripadvisor and spoke with a certain Roxanne who was very helpful and did confirmed with Stag and Hen that they are having ‘technical difficulties’ on their hand. Well done Trip advisor for some good customer care but Stag and Hen to avoid. I had a cocktail masterclass at central chambers for my birthday and it was the best one I've ever done. We were a group of 20+ and we all had such an amazing time. There were so many variations on how to make the drinks that they suited to everyone's taste which meant that nobody was left with a drink they didn't like and Carrie who delivers the class was so lovely and bubbly.
