The hostess brought us over to a small awkward table next to a normal table by the window, instead we sat next to the one by the window because there was nothing during purchase that said anything about the ability to pay more for specific seating, otherwise, I would have chosen that option. She came back and saw us at one table over from the one she seated us at and yelled at us “I Did NOT seat you there” and made us move over so she could seat two older women at the table at the window. It was very rude and they treated us like peasants. The server seemed to also serve us last and it was just ultimately a rude an awkward experience. My boyfriend and I look young but we are both business professional individuals and had a lot of money to spend. They should have not treated us like we were a different class. It ruined the whole trip and we felt like we were trapped there and couldn’t leave any sooner. The cruise was also supposed to be two hours, but we didn’t get back for an extra 45 minutes. That’s a large discrepancy for something that was only supposed to be 2 hours. Horrible experience. Will tell everybody including my company in clearwater to never go on this cruise ship. Thank you.The cruise was great! The ambiance was nice with great customer service and good food. The ride was smooth and enjoyable! Also, the sunset was beautiful and the upper deck was a great place to chill!

The atmosphere, the views, the ambiance were all electric! The food was amazing! We were celebrating my cousin's birthday and she had a ball!! I'm so glad I found this online, and I can't wait to do this again. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Our dinners were nothing to write home about but not bad. The staff was very friendly and so were the other passengers. The DJ was fun and many people danced! This is definitely a must do if you have the chance.
