Had a great 4D/3N inka trail experience with Alpaca Expeditions! We were so lucky to have Lucio as our tour guide who had endless amount of knowledge about everything from Inca history to the flora and fauna along the trail. Henry was our hilarious co-guide who always lightened the mood. I got pretty bad altitude sickness on day 3 of the trip and the team provided oxygen, medication, and the best moral support to get me through. The food was also extremely delicious that went above and beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend this company as they will take care of every single detail for you.The views are amazing and everyone is so professional. My partner had altitude sickness and they helped us make it to the end (very worth it). I would definitely recommend them for their friendliness, professionalism, safety and FOOD! Henry and Lucito are absolutely the best.

Elisban and Walter were great! Both very humble and knowledgeable. Took care of us during the entire trip and made sure we didn’t need anything. Both guides told us from the beginning that we were going to become a family and they made that happen. All questions were answered with a lot of knowledge. Couldn’t have asked for better guides, they were both a lot of fun to be around. The entire group (the chef and the porters) were a great group of guys! This tour company went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the arduous trek. It’s not a hike for the faint of heart. My girlfriend and I personally had to step away from the main trek due to altitude sickness. Regardless, they had an amazing plan B to make sure we got to experience the local culture and even got the chance to meet up with the group on the last day in Machu Piccu. There is no other company in Peru that can handle the logistics of such a complex trek with the superb compassion towards its employees.Really great experience! Walter and Elesba were great guides. Everything worked like clockwork. Amazing food. The only fault I can find is charging 5.5% commission on payments.

The guides (Walter and Elisvan) were very helpful with all kinds of questions that came up during the trip. The entire organization was well done, including building the campsites by the porters and the amazing meals.
