Overview
The Classic All Day tour includes tastings at the estates of Xanadu and Voyager. We wine and dine for lunch at the Ollio Bello, Alittle bit of Tuscanny in Margaret River
In the afternoon we visit a range of establishments choosing from many of the finest Boutique vineyards and food outlets such as, Thompson Estate, Woody Nook, Vasse Felix, Willespie Wines, Jarvis Estate and Woodlands; with chocolate and cheese tasting to complete your day, or perhaps a visit to a brewery upon request.

We are so glad we booked this tour with Tony as our host. We really appreciated his organization skills, great driving, great relationships with local winery staff, but at same time laid back approach and friendly demeanor. We are WA locals and have had many visits to the area but wanted to be spoiled for my husband’s birthday. We were not disappointed in any aspect. We enjoyed the company of the other 11 travelers from interstate and overseas. The day is planned with a good variety of stops and adequate time allowed at each destination. We particularly loved the two boutique wineries we visited later in the day.Tony was so accommodating and consulted with the group to personalise the tour. What a great way to visit the Margaret River wineries, meet an interesting bunch of people, enjoy a delicious lunch and learn lots about the industry on the way, not to mention tasting a lot of great wines. Our tour driver for the day, John, picked us up at 9.40am and we were in the first vineyard as it opened at 10am ready to begin our day’s wine tasting. We visited 2 large commercial vineyards, Xanadu and Voyager in the morning, and 2 smaller family-run cellar door only type vineyards in the afternoon, Jarvis and Edwards. They were all very different and we learned a lot from John about each winery, as well as a host of other interesting facts about the local area. There were only 4 of us on the morning part of the tour but we were joined by a further group of 5 for the afternoon - a very friendly international group which made the day even more enjoyable. Lunch was organised at Olio Bello, delicious food on the outdoor terrace with a glass of wine included. We finished the day by visiting the Margaret River Brewhouse for a cooling ale and plate of chips and were back at our guesthouse by 5pm. We visited four wineries with a delicious lunch at Olio Bello (highly recommend this place for lunch) and also visited Gabriel Chocolates - delicious! It was a fantastic day with a great bunch of new friends.
