I was met by Renate at my hotel, I was told to be downstairs between 9:15am and 9:30am, by Viator. Renate got there at 9am, which was fine, I was running a little late. But he was very kind and waited while I got a coffee and something to eat quickly. Renate took us all over the City, and was very attentive throughout. He spoke English and Spanish fluently and he utilized both on our tour, as there were 2 women from Spanish speaking Countries, and myself. I understand a little Spanish, so I would tell him the parts that I understood, then he would explain the rest in English. It was very thoughtfully done, and he gave us time to rake pictures at several stops, as well as to get coffee and food if we wanted. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, and Muito Obrigado to Renate, our guide!!

Booked this tour last minute for my 1st day in Sao Paulo, and was very glad I did. Mauricio was a wonderful host to the city, giving a bit of history and introduction, switching between English for me and Portuguese for the other guests. I can recommend this tour as a great start to a few days...

I booked the tour then week before and I got the cancellation the night before at 22.11pm (for a tour starting at 9am). The offer to do it another day didn’t help as I had already left the city by the proposed alternative date.
