Had to walk at least a half mile + from bus stop to pier. Could not find any signs to the boat and had to change bus even for the same route. Very disappointed.

Avoid at all cost. We went over weekend, couldn't see anything from top of bus as the plastic windows were filthy. Found staff very unhelpful and rude to deal with. Times of boat departing are incorrect on websites FYI.
